Guys there now don't know what they're doing. Guy spent literally 10 minutes looking for a part that wasn't in stocks, came back to the computer and said, this says it ain't in stock. Shouldn't he have read that to start with???

What great costumer service today! I came in asking for a battery check and Tim was so quick to help. The battery checked out good but it had some corrosion building up. Both Tim and Matt were amazing. They unplugged all the connections and cleaned it up for me. They also put on a Battery Installation Kit to help prevent any further corrosion. So much appropriated. I will continue to be back!

Their system only showed one part number for the part that I needed. There are in fact two types, and i recieved wrong one. Ive had to go through quite a hassle to have this taking care of it's now cost me an entire day pay. If you don't want the same to happen to you use a competitor. I would list what part it was specifically but I'm not giving them this information. It's not my job to fix their catalog they should be looking into that.
