I usually got good haircuts from this great clips, but the older lady I had that cut my hair kept interrupting me and chopped up my hair giving me thick bangs and short layers that don’t work with my hair texture. I wish I caught her name because it worried me how much different products she put in my hair because other people’s hair was “hard to brush.”

My hair is chopped and about 7 inches cut off. I brought in a picture and I don't know what the hell happened but it's nothing...........like it! It's going to take a year to fix my hair!!!!! Horrible! I cried!

The guy with the ginger beard and blonde hair absolutely butchered my hair. I said I just want to keep the flip at the front and he took my whole front flip off, and made it look like a bowl cut now I'm chopped. If he is cutting your hair, your screwed

My boys have only ever had ONE haircut their entire lives, but with baseball starting...it was time again. We went to Great Clips in Woodstock and not only did they not disappoint, but they listened to what we wanted and respected that my boys are sensory sensitive. That is huge for us! The boys were so incredibly brave and such good listeners being in this environment for the first time and that is 💯% because of the awesome Women that cut their hair. I'm so grateful for those two wonderful ladies! 🥰

I went here after work one day JUST to get my bangs cut. There were 2 adults ahead of me. One of them was with her daughter. The woman who checked me in took the little girl who was waiting first, which I totally understand, her and her mom were there first. While the little girl was getting her hair cut a regular walked in. Mind you, I've been waiting about 10 minutes at this point but again, I just want my bangs cut. It takes 5 minutes. When the little girl got up I was like ok im next. Well silly me, the lady who checked me in called up the regular and totally ignored me. It's one thing if there's people ahead of me, but I was there first. I got up and left. I think its crazy that you just ignore someone who was there first to tend to a regular who came in after me when I'd been sitting there 15 minutes at that point. Never going back to that location.

One can’t mess up just a simple trim, so that was fine but these ladies must really dislike their job my lord! Only been here twice and tipped generously and not even a thank you and they walk away. Giving 2 stars because the price is decent. Absolutely no stylist was kind to their customer
