Excellent customer service! The pharmacists are very knowledgeable and go out of their way to make sure prescription orders are ready and questions are answered! I huge upgrade from my previous pharmacy.

I am not impressed with this pharmacy. They've given me the wrong medication, promised callbacks I've never received, given me incomplete orders, and I swear, there's some type of problem or error every time I go there. Not a well run pharmacy!

I'd rate 0 if I could. Pharmacists are not supposed to be judgemental. They will not refill your scripts for 30-31 days, they give you a hard time every time, they screwed up and did not take responsibility, it was just put on me.I cann go on how awful they are, and the turnover rate is unreal. No communication w each other,Do your job without judgement!I'll never go back.

Don't waste your time or money using this Pharmacy! Human Resources needs to step up and re-train their staff as to what customer service means. The drive-thru is the worst, sometimes its open and other times its closed during business hours, what's the point of having a drive-thru at all. Also, lack of supply is a problem here too. In addition, when they text you that your scripts are ready and you go there just to find out they are not ready.. Goodbye Osco!!!

Well where should I begin, I thought jewel would be awesome compared to Wal-Mart or Walgreens. Well they somehow caught all of the defects and then some, laughing and flirting with the pharmacy techs I believe is not in your job description. Or sending text messages that my medicine being ready when it's not. Oh how I miss small business's, thank you large corporation America for complicating it yet another aspect of our lives.

Switched from Walgreens and now I'm going to change again. I waited for 20 mins at the window.. then the lady said rudely that I had too many prescriptions so I had to walk in. I went in to get the meds and the lady inside wasn't friendly either. She got annoyed when I was asking if the insurance or goodrx was used. I don't feel welcome and I'm not impressed. I'll take my business elsewhere. This is lack of management or poor management. Hire new people; you are losing business daily.

My last visit to the drive up Woodstock Osco Pharmacy was terrible!I was the only one there, I waited several minutes, no one came to the window so I pushed the button. Someone finally said on the speaker "are you here to pick up?".....really?A man finally came to the window. Through the transaction he seemed to have trouble with every aspect of it, credit card reader wouldn't work, register wouldn't work, he had to call for assistance several times. Then could not give me a receipt! In all I was there 20 minutes!

They are the worst! Idk why I switched from Walgreens to Osco. None of these reviews are lying, drive through is open whenever they feel like it. Answer the phone whenever they feel like it. I was there Friday, they told me they accidentally put the wrong code in the safe and couldn’t get my daughters perscription because it’s a controlled substance and come back in FIVE hours or they will call me when they got it open. No call, I find out the perscription was 70 dollars with my insurance so the Dr called in a different one. I called today at 3 O’clock to see when it will be ready. They told me anytime after 5. I called at 5:45 to make sure and she told me to come get it at 8:30. I’m a single mom, NO I’m not getting it at 8:30. We have bedtimes! Then she said well we will try to get it ready in a half hour. We’re too busy for this. They literally have one job, ONE! I’m switching pharmacies. I’ve had enough

Today I went and it was about 15 min before close and the window was shut. I had my dog with me and no shoes but I had to go in because I needed the medicine. They closed out the cash register while I was in line inside so they didn't have to shut the window early. I asked if they always close it early and he said yeah about 10 min.. Well it was 15 and I'm pretty sure that's still not an ok answer anyway. If you are open til 5 - stay open until 5. I get people want to start closing up and get out of there but it's medicine people. Kind of important to stay open until you actually close. If the window always closes 15 min early (which it doesn't cuz I have been there on different day before close) then put that somewhere please. Final straw for me though. I'm moving the whole families prescriptions somewhere else.

They are so slow! Open/close drive thru when they want without any information updated people. Many times haven’t had medication needed. Do not recommend

I have shopped at jewel for years not in Woodstock I am from Chicago so that's where I obviously shopped . The experience I had at this one was not good the service worker was extremely racist toward my brown skinned partner . We both did the self check out he had our gallons of water in his cart along with the few items he was purchasing himself. I was paying for the refills of water and she literally came and stood behind him and then she watched what he was doing she then said "aren't you paying for the water " he said my gf is she is right there . Not once did she come over and ask me I did have contact with her at the end and I wish I would have gotten her name . Her whole attitude screamed racism and that is so sad . Why didn't she approach me after asking him?? Then had the worst attitude with him. I will Contact jewel as well. This is why small towns get a bad reputation and so isolated from things. Sheltered people wish she would try and go work at a jewel in the city with that attitude guarantee her ignorant self wouldn't do that on the outside she has a little authority at a store . She the type that sees a brown skinned person on the outside without the little vest she would be walking on the other side of the street just sad . I didn't feel bad for my bf I feel bad for how ignorant she is .

Jewel Osco Pharmacy used to be absolutely amazing. At the time, I was relieved to find a pharmacy that was quick and efficient. Now, I’m not sure what has happened, but the past year or so they have been HORRIBLE.I have to call to ensure a rx my doc called in is actually being filled.I have had to call, multiple days in a row, to see when my medication (that I’ve been on for years and filled for at least the past 2 years at Jewel) would be ready. Only to be told that they “didn’t get it on the truck but it should be in tomorrow.”I’ve been told (just today) that my prescription was “in the filling station” and would be done in about an hour. I call two hours later and they tell me that they are out and have to wait till tomorrow to fix it.The only shining star in this entire establishment is the Pharmacy Tech, Nathan. He has always been very friendly and is always so helpful.
