Within 30minutes of a service call they were there, repaired the leak & all four families had water restored by 10am ⁉ ( I live in a 4 family & I also have the main water valve in my unit ). The overhead garage door gasket on our rental unit was starting to deteriorate so I contacted the office and staff came and replaced the gasket with a new one even before I left the property. We have never had mice or any other animals in our unit. The price of Apple Self Storage is very competitive. The owner is very professional yet personable.
