Ordered online got 3 soft tacos ordered them fresco bc I’m lactose intolerant. That’s supposed to sub pico de gallo for the cheese. It removed the cheese but didn’t add the pico when the order was placed when I get to the location and try to correct it, they tell me oh we can charge you for it and charge me $.89 for this (that I should not have been charged for begin with) and this is what I get. Please reference the photo attached.

Would give 0 stars if I could, Drive-through representatives are very rude. Who gives someone a shell just with cheese in it? I paid 25 bucks just to get finessed with like $5 quality.

Food was good! Wasn’t stale and tasted very fresh which I’ve found to be a common issue at other locations. Service was fast and the restaurant and bathrooms were very clean.

The food was good as always. Taco-bell will remain my go to place when I am on the go. However I will avoid the Taco Bell located here in Woodstock Illinois. I am a Muslim and obviously not American or white and my wife is a hijabi (wears a religious scarf on her head covering her hair) when I was in the restaurant trying to ask the zip code to place an online order for in restaurant pickup the lady was ignoring my request and avoiding me. She did not provide me with the zip code but continued about her way. She did not once come to ask if I needed assistance while I was standing at the counter more than 10 minutes. I placed my order on my mobile finding the location after putting my glasses on and read a receipt that was laying on the counter. The reason I mentioned my race and my wife’s appearance is that she immediately came to ask the next person that walked in who was potentially hispanic (spoke Spanish) if she could assist them and continued to ignore my presence or need for assistance. I will say there was a very polite helpful young man that finally approached me and assisted me in getting my order that was placed on the outbound pickup shelves despite my standing right in front of the counter obviously looking for the food I ordered.I was going to order more but didn’t because of the service.

This restaurant frequently forgets parts of orders, and the most recent time I ate from there, I took a bit of my taco and found I had wax palate stuck in the back of my throat, after I choked it up and nearly vomited, I have determined that you should never go to this Taco Bell, I’ve never had any problems from the other ones just the one in Woodstock, drive the extra twenty minutes to crystal lake.
