Thrift Stores
“My friends have shown me amazing finds from Sparrow's Nest. I personally have only looked around twice. It is way too small of a store to shop effectively, and I get claustrophobic. But I love the cause and this is the number one place that my family donates to. I pray one day soon they can have a bigger place but still be here in town.”
“Quality things ready for a second home! It's one thing to run a thrift store, but it's another thing to run an efficient and organized business. Super impressed with this small store! Big shoutout to the current owners. Love this place.”
“Shopped at this store a few times a year. Nice and helpful staff. Great prices. Bought a bunkbed in July of 2024, they disassembled it and helped load it in our car. When didn't plan to assemble it for at least 6 months or so, so we placed it in our garage. Yestarday, January 2025 we assembled the bunkbed and come to realize they must have forgot to load the bed slats. We didn't even realize we didn't have then when putting them in storage. So 7 months later we called to see if by a slim chance maybe they still had them. Apparently they have been holding onto them hoping we would call back. I could see a store keeping them for a month or so, but for 7 months! It's amazing. They were apologetic but we were just extremely greatful they were willing to hold onto them for so long.”
“By far my favorite thrift store in the area!! When they say family they mean it. The owner held my baby when she got fussy while I was shopping. They also let you take free books if you buy kids/baby clothes! Also, baby clothes everything 0-12m is 3 for $1. I'd come home with BAGS of clothes and spend $36”
