Woodstock IL Store is my go-to from Marengo where I live. I only use this spot. They get 11 stars from me. Val, Gabe, forget the other male staff member name, very knowledgeable, friendly.

Staff is rude and unhelpful. I've been here two different times and they moved so slow with the people in line, i was forced to use the self service.
I don't work for UPS and there's 0 reason to not be polite and professional.

We have been coming here for years and highly recommend the people and the services at this UPS store. The owner, Al, has a wonderful team working with him. Gabe, Val, and Bree are cheerful, helpful, professional. In a calm, competent manner each of them helps me get my work done efficiently. I have used the mailbox services at the store as well as the other UPS services. They are an asset to Woodstock.

The girl who took our order was the rudest sales associate. Even though I put the package on the counter, she would not help and insisted that we come around to the other side and put it on the scale, which was one foot away. She barked her questions at us and then took our package and basically threw it over on a pile of other packages. This is after I told her it was cookies for my daughter. We will almost certainly not be back at UPS until she no longer works there. She was rude to the customer ahead of us also.

Professional and yet personal,
Al is and has the best people ever working here at this store. Always with a smile while always on top of things making my every day easier.
I always smile when I see, "Stop @ the UPS Store" is on my To Do List. ?

Very bad service. I came wanting to return 2 packages and the cashier outright refused to help me.

Don’t know their own free Amazon return policy. “Original manufacturers packaging” is NOT original manufacturers shipping package. Been returning Amazon packages this way for years and was not allowed to today. Employee was beyond rude and disrespectful. Yet Kohls just did it just fine for me. I will be using their return option for Amazon packages from now on

Very good service offered by the man who attendsAdvice if you go, don't even approach the fat Mexican because she is super rude, if you see that she is ugly because her attitude is worse, if you need to talk to someone in Spanish, it is preferable to talk to the man who has a super friendly and patient attitude even though he doesn't know Spanish well
