Honestly, I would give them 0 stars if I didn't want to leave a caution for anyone considering using this Walgreens pharmacy. I needed to get to the doctor's office yesterday before they closed and knew it would be tight after work, but needed to pick up specific medication they were to instruct me to use at my appointment. I called in the early afternoon and was told they could fill my prescription, but never got confirmation of it being filled. When I called before leaving work, they confirmed it should have been filled two hours ago, but wasn't and told me the standard 15 minutes routine. I get there, it's going to be another 15 minutes. I remind them I need to take it to my appointment and ask them to please hurry. They delay another 20 minutes to tell me they don't actually carry it in stock. I ask them to call another pharmacy to see if they can fill it and they proceed to stand there just saying "I'm going to call" for several more minutes, yes just standing there doing nothing else but tell me they're going to call, not calling. Another person in line spoke up annoyed with this behavior. Then it's a constant "oops, they hung up" game while wasting my time. Finally they find one that can fill it and begin to write out the address for me only to scratch it out and start over, then try to delay me further to show me on their phone where it is. When I get to the other pharmacy, they can't fill my prescription because this one marked it filled. I have no doubt this was intentionally done to delay me again. Needless to say, didn't make the appointment. Don't waste your time here.

Only giving one star because I have to. They are rude, slow, and completely incompetent at their jobs to say the very least. I could go on forever about how terrible they are. Expect to spend your whole day waiting in line to pick up a prescription, they’ve cause me to be late to work multiple times, no matter how early I get there. They also will not contact you about issues so be sure to call to check in, it’s the only way to get anything done. Even upon calling I had to do their job in contacting my insurance company (online told me there was a delay but no action needed on my end), they were just going to let my prescription go unfilled (and it was a time sensitive medication). Then once the issue was cleared up, I had to call and have them actually fill it otherwise who knows when it would have been done. Don’t go here if you don’t have to. THE WORST!

Awful pharmacy! Every time I call I'm put on eternal hold, three different people I spoke to today didn't help me at all when my meds were supposed to be ready yesterday at 11:00 a.m. they just put me on hold and never came back, then I finally get a hold of a pharmacist and she said, all they had to do was process it. Three people I spoke with, just said "we'll text you" never happened. They didn't want to ck on the problem, they just tossed it to the side, and it was a simple fix. This happens all the time at this location. HORRIBLE customer service, extremely slow, there's always a very long line, in and at drive thru. They suck all around. I'd give them a big fat ZERO if I could.

This store is by far the most frustrating place to deal with, every single time. The wait times are completely insane. No car should be allowed to sit at the drive thru window for 15 minutes. Send them around, or tell them to come in if it’s such a big deal to fix their problem. People who KNOW their meds are ready and covered by insurance should not have to wait for 45 minutes in line. Trying to call them is also a huge headache. Walgreens is the WORST! I’ll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Pharmacy has alerted us multiple times now that our medication is ready for pickup but when I drive here, they tell me it needs to be filled and I need to wait another 15 minutes. I came here at 5:00pm to refill and it's now 5:42 and I'm still in line. Ridiculous.

The drive thru is insane! Always at least a 1/2 wait. It amazes me that the clerk doesn't tell the customer to come inside when their prescription is not ready. Today I waited 20 mins for the clerk to fill and mix her prescription at the window!. Drive thru should only be for prescriptions that have been filled and ready for pickup. Seems like a simple fix to this insane wait time.

Camera counter person working pm shift on 12/21 was extremely rude and handled my canvas with zero care and seemed like I was an inconvenience by being there. If I could zero star, I would. Unfortunate around the holidays. . Ended up calling and spoke with a manager who was kind and assisted in resolving my concerns.

I very rarely post bad reviews unless the bad service has happened multiple times. Everyone has a bad day.In the past year I have seen the service of this pharmacy decline horribly. Scripts taking Pharmacy takes no less than 3 hours to fill a script that a Dr calls in (11/2 - 3.5 hours 12/12 3.5 hours). Today... only 1 of the 2 scripts were available - the main script I needed to start asap to get better was out of stock! Staff couldn't tell me what TIME the medicine will deliver tomorrow. In the meantime, I am looking at probably missing a full day (2/day) of medicine to get over the Covid I caught, and get back to work. The staff is very nice, but clearly are short staffed and has been for a long time now. Extreme stress causes errors.... Walgreens Corporate/Management.. YOUR job is to make sure that this does not happen!I also did a curbside pickup today, and checked in, and waited over 25 minutes after the email came saying someone will be out shortly. I called the store (impossible!!). Finally got a live person and was told that they are not getting the notifications when someone is here to pick up. Not my problem. There is a reason for all of the bad reviews for this location,,, it's not new... and it's not because Woodstock residents are a bunch of Karen's. Fix it!!Walgreens,,, you have now permanently lost me as a long time customer. I'm done.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy I have ever had the experience of dealing with. It is amazing how they can consistently be absolutely terrible at every aspect of being a pharmacy no matter what staff is working. No one seems to know what is going on ever here, they consistently are messing up when applying my mother’s insurance to her prescriptions she has been getting for years with no issue elsewhere. Constantly getting alerts prescriptions are ready and my mother physically calling to confirm her medications are ready and then me, on multiple occasions, waiting over 30 mins in line to get to the window for the worker to say they aren’t actually ready or that they don’t know what is going on with it, or that the pharmacist needs to do something with it first but they are out on break weirdly when it was a time that was not in their “break schedule” posted. Completely infuriating dealing with this pharmacy. AVOID HERE if you actually want to have knowledgeable people helping you and to actually get your needed medications and insurance applied correctly. This pharmacy needs a COMPLETE OVERHAUL

Doing a great job in the pharmacy. They’re super busy, but still take the time to explain things and to get my prescriptions ready quickly.!!

If I could give this pharmacy zero, or negative stars, I would.I’ve lived in Woodstock for 18 years and for 18 years I’ve had my prescriptions here. In the last six months the accountability, the efficiency, and the customer service here has completely vanished. The technicians just stand and stare at you and shrug their shoulders and say, “I don’t know.” I will be transferring all my prescriptions and my family’s prescriptions to CVS.
