They are incompetent. And liars. I had called yesterday to see if I can get a few pills for my son since it was 2 days early for his prescription to be refilled. And he can go a day without it. She said that she would give me a few for him and it would e ready today. Went to go pick it up 10minutes before they closed and was told they didn't have it and couldn't give him any before his prescription is refilled. Its was meds fir his migraines

These pharmacy associates are great! I’m here so much getting medicines for my daughter and I and they’re always nice. They take time to answer my questions and get me taken care of. I love getting my prescriptions from here! I drive the 20-30 minutes from my town for a reason! I’m proud of them and how they handle the stress and busy nature that comes with the job. If someone from corporate sees this, please do something nice for them! ?

Selling defective inhalers and won't do anything other than tell you to call the manufacturer or get another RX from your doctor. So I'm supposed to pay for another Dr visit and hope the next inhaler doesn't fail

My son has been shorted on his prescription twice, the first time they made it right and filled the shortage of 30 pills. This second time with a different prescription he was shorted 30 pills again and when he called the pharmacy he was told that their count was correct and that he would have to wait for the camera check to see if he was shorted and no one ever got back to him and he has been without his needed medication because of this. Either someone else got his 30 pills or the pharmacy count is incorrect.

Stopped to get a few things n fill water jugs. Produce department bags for produce were at 6 foot level, could hardly reach. None easily accessible. Water filtration machine was non functional. Stopped at customer service n let em know about the water machine. She asked me "the one in the back?" Was thinking, do u have another one somewhere??

The man working tonight (12/9/22) with short red hair and a beard not only refused me my prescription for 2 hours that I need but also had the audacity to say that my doctor had no idea what he was talking about when he prescribed me MY medication I NEED. Not to mention making me wait almost 2 hours. You work at the Walmart pharmacy. Let’s all keep that in mind. Get off your high horse and do your job, l***** I’ll be in tomorrow to file an actual complaint on how I was treated tonight. Absolutely ridiculous.

This Pharmacy is the absolute best pharmacy I have ever been a customer of. Every other Pharmacy in the past, has treated me like a pill seeker, an addict, and worse, all because they do not understand that I have trigeminal neuralgia V2, and the extreme amounts of pain that I am in every day, and have been for the past 9 years. The pharmacy that I was going to before I started going to Walmart Pharmacy in Woodstock, would constantly give me flak and trouble, in regards to receiving my medication. The pharmacist there, always thought that they were higher in status than my doctors, constantly questioning my doctors prescription orders, and treating me like my condition did not warrant, the medication I was receiving. I also had to remind them all the time, what condition I had, and they never kept notes on my condition, never paid attention to doctors notes, and very rarely reached out to my doctor, and instead the pharmacist would just make a judgement call themselves, as if they were the doctor. Here at the Walmart Pharmacy in Woodstock however, Not only was I treated my first time going there, with respect and integrity, but amazing understanding of my medical condition. They are knowledgeable, caring, and I would recommend the Walmart Pharmacy in Woodstock to anyone seeking their medication from a pharmacy that cares. They do not act like they are your doctor, overriding or fighting about, medication that your doctor prescribes you, and I only had to mention my medical condition once to them, and they said, "no problem, we understand". Their phone system is excellent, and does not make you happy to go through tons of prompts, and it does not send you to a customer service agent, before you can speak to the pharmacy staff. I have been happily surprised every time I interact with the staff at this Pharmacy, and keep expecting something to go wrong, but it Never Does.

They are always busy, maybe understaffed and/or overworked, but they have always been courteous to my family and I. They make calls to doctors and companies if needed when they could easily just tell me to do it. They work with us, they never treat mus poorly. I have been coming here for five years and rarely do I have a negative experience.

Arrived 5 minutes prior to a 1215 appointment today. Waited for 15 minutes to be asked if we checked in. No, we have not been helped yet but have been waiting. Then, after check in, there were four to five others with earlier appointments waiting in a small area. How can we maintain a 6-foot social distance when you don’t even process your scheduled appointments in a timely manner? Impossible! The Pharmacist on duty or duty manager needs to fix this because there are plenty of customers who can be served at other pharmacies! People have to work, eat, and get other things done today! Horrible. Customer service.

If you offer a walk in status for the covid booster organize it. Sitting here waiting over an hour and still waiting is ridiculous. Make appointment only if you can't handle it.

If you have a problem with this walmart pharmacy in woodstock try Palatine walmart pharmacy. In palatine they wouldn't fill my prescription that i have to pick up every month because aparently to them im not able to pick it up until 15 days after i run out? One of the downsides of abruptly ending my medication is seizures. At least woodstock pharmacy cares enough about their job so that they do not try and kill you :)
