This bank is so full of ****. My card has been randomly locked TWICE in a month window. Need to talk to someone after hours or on Sunday? Not going to happen. Good luck suffering without access to YOUR money. Had to wait an entire weekend to have my card unlocked.I would never, ever bank with this company again. Their operations are completely unacceptable and ridiculous. Do not invest your money here.

CIBC bank fails again to its patrons to permanently fix the ATM machine. It's constantly broken once a week if not once a month.

Open 7am-7pm and open 24 hours? I called at 7am and got the following "all of our banks are closed". I called again at 9:03am again "all of our banks are closed". Is this institution permanently closed????
