CVS pharmacy is a convenient store for my basic needs and more without having to wait in a long line. By becoming a rewards member I found I saved the most by shopping at this store.

Please know if you are getting a school physical they do not accept any insurance. You will have to pay the $69.00 out of pocket. Just giving a heads up to all since nowhere does it state this on the website or when making an appointment.

They had the Neutrogena face cleansing wipes that I wanted but the price is gone up twice as much as when I used to purchase it I believe it being at 499 now it's almost $8 per package. And it's not very I'm starting to consider getting another item instead of that. CVS should offer more coupons for discounts on higher priced items?

Edith in customer service was super helpful ordering me the baby formula I needed that I was having such a tough time finding! The staff here has been so sweet through my new journey as a new mom to help me along the way!

I like the other CVS stores I have been to more. I feel that this place has worse customer service than the others which is no fault of the employees (who are decent). know CVS wants to save money, but they should HIRE enough people so that there is always someone at the checkout to answer customer questions and take payment from customers. I do not find the automatic checkout an attractive option (since some people seem to find them useful, I have no problem with them existing.) A customer should not have to go on a treasure hunt to find someone to take their money or let them into the washroom. The prices and bargains still make the store worth going to. I have been having more and more trouble finding the twin shaving blades I use which are economical and efficient because this store and many others seem to fill their shelves with pricier and fancier brands. If they stop carying the blades I want, I will stop going to all CVSs.

Never used the pharmacy but the store is huge and well stocked, and the MinuteClinic is pretty decent. I usually don’t have to wait too long at the clinic to get seen but there are exceptions, and the workers are always nice and accommodating. Pretty large patient rooms which makes me feel like I’m at an actual doctors office. Probably my favorite CVS to go to.

I am upset with this CVS Minute Clinic. Around midnight last night (July 20) I made an appointment online. I was given an appointment at 6:50pm today. (July 21). Because I had chills and a slight fever, a family member gave me a home COVID-19 test, which was negative. I left home with plenty of time to get to my appointment, but the Kiosk would not acknowledge either my name or my confirmation number. Finally, a receptionist came out and had me sign in on paper. I finally got in to see a Medical Professional, who listened to my symptoms, then told me I had to go to another facility. I got to the OSF facility before they close. The PA there examined me, ordered a prescription, gave me a note for work and was very professional. I don't understand why CVS gave me an appointment if they would not treat me! I WON't be back!

Worst CVS … they charged me for 90 days but only gave me 30 and won’t give me my needed meds till June 9th. Even after my doctor sent in a script on may. 6th and they won’t fix their mistake. Honestly the worst place ever. They all should be fired if they can’t count correctly. I’m changing CVS’s and I hope all of them get fired for shorting people. They do this a lot. Then when I called they said I lost the pills. No u messed up. Don’t go to that cvs.
