I had purchased a car and had to go here to get it looked at for a few things. They replaced 2 tires and replaced lights (I had brighter ones on there that were not supposed to be) and they are full of knowledge and made me feel better about the whole situation.

Horrible. Refused to give me a receipt for service and Didn't bolt down my calipers. My mechanic says they had to forget them and the ones the did were loose. Calipers flopping up and down as I drove. Dangerous. Mind you I live 45 miles away from shop. They will never work on my vehicle again. (Pics of missing bolts my mechanic found)

First auto is great! I came here before for my check engine light and they fixed it in no time! Abe helped me out, super helpful and honest guy he helped me change my coils and spark plugs and I got my car back in a couple hours! Highly recommend!

When the dealer first sent me here for my warranty I was discouraged and doubtful seeing all the cars in the lot. My car took a bit longer to finish but that was because of the awesome owner Abe JR. The guy went to bat against Kia about my engine. They wanted to give me a used one to replace mines until warranty was expired he got me a brand new engine and had me up and running in no time. Thank you Abe , thank you for being an upstanding , compassionate , and caring mechanic! Great pricing and he truly values his customers! Thank you again Abe!

I am a first time car owner and I would say First Auto Repair is very helpful. They have informative team members. They listened to exact details, found the problem quickly and executed the service fast. Prices are reasonable depending on the service. I would highly recommend this auto repair shop!

I got a job there about 6 months ago and they gave me 2 weeks to see if I could hack it they cut me at the end of the 2 weeks and told me that the 2 cars a day was not fast enough and they only paid me $15 an hour expecting me to know everything about every car and also every car that came in that was a chevy they didn't put full synthetic oil because and they put regular oil in which is probably the reason why 5 chevy traverses were sitting outside waiting to get engines this place doesn't know they're but from a hole in the ground I know work at a shop making $15 an hour and am appreciated for what I can do also the father, son and the shop manager act like the boss and have different agendas dont go there go across the street or any place else

I give them 3 stars as of right now not for there work but for I have been calling by the front desk and asking about my car because I’m concerned which I give them respect for being respectful and patient with all my questions what I don’t appreciate is them keep telling me my car is next and they set goals and I believe they will get it done so I call the next day and they say the same thing as last time guys I would really appreciate it if u would tell me he can’t give u an exact time because we are still working on the car in front but I can call u when ur car is being worked on. Point is don’t tell me your goal is to get it done by the end of the day if you don’t know if it will get done by then ( will have an updated review on the work they did and I will post pictures to see if they did what needed to be done
