Couldn't it wasn't open when I got there closed but the other sign said it was opened to 7 won't waist my time going bac to a closed building I will go elsewhere!!!!

I booked an on line appointment which was confirmed twice including just a couple hours prior to the appt time. I arrived 15 min early to find the doors locked and the business dark. I waited around thinking maybe they had to run out real quick. After 20 minutes I left. If the business is closed why are you accepting appointments. I arranged my schedule around this appt that didn’t happen. Will not try again

Loved my experience, very clean. The shop is under a new owner & she is nice. I was able to get in & out no problem. They do eyebrows, mani & pedicure.. They accept walk-ins. Very professional. Love coming here! ❤️

Lady was nice . My nails were uneven , color wasn’t even painted well . Probably worse job I’ve ever seen . definitely not coming back ... no wonder why there was no one there ....

Very disappointed!! The owner/Manager is rude and did probably the most horrible job I have ever had. My nails and pedicure look horrible. Polish is not even, around my cuticles on both nails and toes. I had an appointment, but others that called to make an appointment while I was there were told to come in. They are very short staffed and the wait was ridiculous! There were girls that came in to have nails done for homecoming. One girl waited so long she had to leave without her service complete. Very poor service

This exact location is closed but they have moved to 13417 S Ridgeland in Palos Heights. My mom took me here for a girls day of pedis and no chip manicures. The ladies are very friendly and take their time to ensure everything is done to your liking. I'm visiting from out of town but I will be back when I visit again.

I purchased a Groupon on 1/24/2019 for a no-chip manicure and mint pedicure. Called business on 5/14/2019 only to be told by the owner, Kate, that she will not accept my Groupon even though it doesn't "expire" until 6/7/2019, nor would she apply what I paid for Groupon for said services. The owner simply stated to "take it up with Groupon", which I did. Unfortunately they were of no help at all, although they said I could apply what I paid to another service. I did and Groupon deducted $5.00 for a "service fee", even though they state that "the full amount paid for Groupon NEVER expires. Really? Will not use a Groupon ever again! And obviously I'll never go back to Your Touch of Beauty, which moved their location to 8142 W. 111th Street, Palos Hills. Is this why Kate won't honor Groupon...she moved her business and is probably over her head. It should be noted that I patronized this business with 2 prior Groupons AND patronized their business 4 times WITHOUT a Groupon. Kate, because of you, your employee Marie is the one who's paying the price! Shame on you Kate!
