Neat Repeats is a resale shop located in Orland Park and Worth, owned by the Crisis Center for South Suburbia (CCSS). The stores play a vital role in supporting programs for victims of domestic violence, contributing one quarter of the organization's operating revenue. Customers appreciate the store's clean and organized environment, as well as the helpful and friendly staff, who are primarily volunteers. Many shoppers have enjoyed browsing through a variety of affordable name-brand clothing and often find great deals during sales. However, some customers have expressed concerns about a specific assistant manager, noting her rude attitude, which has affected their shopping experience. Additionally, there are mixed feelings about the store's closing time reminders, which some find pushy. Despite these issues, the overall sentiment is positive, with many loyal shoppers returning for the great selection and the store's charitable mission. Neat Repeats continues to be a favorite destination for those looking for quality items while supporting a meaningful cause.
