I love this store. They donate to the shelter for women and children. Awesome. Always give back. I was recommended by a co worker at my job. I love them. ❤️ Five Stars absolutely!!

I’ve been shopping at Neat Repeat for about 15 years. The original store was across the street in a little store. My family and I love the store. Almost all the workers are ver nice. My only problem is with one Lucia she has a bad attitude and acts as though she’s a manager at a Luxury store. No Lucia it’s not Nordstrom. When she’s working I leave the store. She’s very rude. And tells people an hour before store closes. We will be closing in an hour. Really I think we are all adults and can tell time.!

I frequent the store often. It is staffed by all volunteers who are very helpful. I usually find something nice to purchase and I love their sales. However there are some items that are outrageously priced like dirty shoes for $60 for example. Namebrand or not this is a thrift store. I think the thing I would like noted most is when you shop near closing time, the volunteers get very antsy with you and almost pushy, reminding you of what time it is, concerned that you will be in the store one minute after closing. It comes across very rude and more concerned about closing, then making a final sale which would benefit their mission. They already close an hour before I would think they would at 4:00 so maybe they need to close at 3:30 and allow final shoppers to take their time.

I used to shop here a few years ago & the store used to have good deals. I live on the northwest side of Chicago so it's quite a drive for us. When I came to visit this store again I expected the prices to go up a bit but not that much! I was informed by the nice lady who was sitting up front that there was 50% off of all tops. But the prices were so high to begin with! Keep in mind the clothes & every thing else are used. It is not worth spending $ here. I went around the whole store at least 2 times & had a hard time finding any kind of reasonable deals. Even the kids clothes were sky high in price! I did manage to find to scarves that were reduced to $1 each. Big deal! I found 1 sweater for $5. I can find brand new sweaters reduced at other stores such as Ross & Wal-mart etc. for that price! When I asked a lady at the counter do you have the $1 rack anymore? I was told when they have to have something to put on it! I thought to myself lady the store is packed with mostly tops! And they can't find anything to put on a $1 only rack?? Please! I know the sales go for a good cause. But still why rip good customers off? The store was packed with tops. Many items were so over priced! Such as $40 for a top! I don't care if it is a brand name top or designer top! It is used!! Also many of the clothes had stains on them! For a Saturday there was hardly anyone in the store. I gave the store a shot & took my time. Only 1 lady bought 1 thing while I was there. They also watch you like crazy! Don't waste your time or $. I bought 2 scarves & 1 sweater & will never waste my $$ or time there again. It is so sad to see that thrift stores are becoming a dying thing. Make the trip if you can to Nifty Thrifty in Kenosha. They also benefit abused women. They have better quality of items & better sales. I am sorry I wasted my time & my $ on this store.

The store is well organized and the employees seem very helpful. The downfall was the prices for me, and ultimately, I'm looking for inexpensive when I'm thrifting, but they're selling dresses for $200+ that were donated to them.

Had the most unimaginable scenario at this store by a white Female who claimed to be the manager of the establishment. This manager came around the area I was in after observing a merchandise that was for sale which i had in my possession she decided to Snatch item from my hands never had I experienced such incident .This racist act conduct by this white female towards a Hispanic customer should not be tolerated period ... !!!!!

Hi! Neat Repeat is to help crises centers. Instead of lowing prices 4 stuff that sell goes in the trash. There is ways to make everything sales 2 times a month do .I have tried to contact the main company. To let them no .

The volunteers are so nice and helpful. They hold a higher standard of things they sell, so most of the merchandise would be considered "used" in good condition. They have sales on different departments every day- even some days being 50% off everything in the store. I highly reccomend checking this place out yourself. Their proceeds go to a battered womens shelter. ?

I adore this store. I've been coming here going on a decade. When daughter was a teen, she found things she liked too. They put various things on sale on various days. Best of all, the mission of this place is to support women in abusive situations. I highly recommend this store (two locations, I love them both!)

I only go here when they have the VIP 50% sale or when husband wants to go. The workers there are older women who either have retired or bored at home. The volunteers vary which would explain the racist/bias attitudes we receive upon entering. I don't like supporting these types of establishments but realize the bigger picture is the sales help abused women. Today upon entering husband and I were not greeted nor thanked when exiting. The golden girl with the boa at the front desk made sure to turn her back at us but other patrons she turned all the way around and asked them if they were VIP members. I'm not 1 for causing a scene but she couldn't have pretended not to be bias for 1 day? By the way we did make a $20 purchase. Not sure how many more I will make in the future.
