I was in there July 3rd, soon after they opened and there were no other customers inside. There was one worker at the counter sitting down. Didn't acknowledge me immediately. When she did, she was ignorant and snapped at me. Her name was Shaquetta. Clearly depised my ethnicity and felt like she was in a position of power.

Bad customer service. I usually give excuses to employees when they’re having a bad day but they were disrespectful unapologetically, as if they have a right. I had questions about passports and I wasn’t understanding because the man wasn’t making sense to me so I kept asking questions. They started both complaining that I was asking for more clarification and telling me I’m the problem basically. Yikes. Their job is hard but doesn’t give them the right to be rude to a confused customer.

I visit this location 9/10/2024 around 2:30pm I was looking for a change of address form along the label section as was asked by an employee what was I looking for. This employee apears to be of Phillipino decient and appeared to be rude saying those labels are not for that use and that they don't have any and that I need to go to another post office or go online. I have had one from this location after moving in worth last October 2023. The tone of his voice was unacceptable and I would never visit again.

Tried calling 4 times, let it ring 20+ times. They never answered. Then called The 800 phone number for the post office and was given a different number also. Tried that one and let it ring 20 times – still no answer was given a phone number for consumer affairs until leave a message. Mailbox is full so you can’t leave any messages, this is ridiculous. No business can operate that way.

This has to be the most no nonsense post office in the area. You bring your packages, they take your packages, you then leave! Couldnt ask for better service. In and out always even if its busy! Try that at bridgeview. A stop at bridgeview usually takes 15-30 minutes in line then an attitude on top of that from the woman that her name starts with V. Thank you worth for easy and pleasant transactions!
