Overslept and ended up 20 minutes late for my appointment. They still took my car in and worked on it right away. I feel like any other place would've made me reschedule. I am very grateful for their quality of customer service.

Super great people to work with. My daughters and I had a problem with our car on the way home from Flora. This was the closest shop to stop at. The gentleman took such good care of us. This was the day before Thanksgiving. It was such a simple fix but we had no clue what was wrong and had about an hour drive ahead of us. He spent about 45 minutes with us and wouldn’t let me pay him anything. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone!

Dont show up between noon and 1. Very rude people!! walked in at 12:05 and was told to come back at one. I went to taylors in iuka and was greeted with a smile.
