“I was a Knapp customer until moving last year & it seemed easier to go with the other company since it was an established route. Past few weeks I’ve been so busy working I forgot to check the % on the lp tank till 5pm on a Saturday when it ran out. A couple phone calls later it seemed unlikely to get it filled today. John @knapp seemed willing to help, only problem was he was out of town until Sunday. He called back soon after & said he had another driver on the way. Thanks to John & Joel at Knapp I have heat again, very much appreciated considering the overnight low of 20 degrees! Wonderful people, highly recommended!”
