After 20 years with another cell phone carrier, we decided to select a different one since the original was beginning to seriously lack in signal quality. Sherri, the ATT store manager, made the whole process as easy as she could because of her professionalism and expertise. Practically no one "wants" to change carriers but Sherri made sure we were satisfied with the whole process: new carrier, new phones, and a new dual line phone plan. In short, she was great and I would gladly recommend her to anyone wanting ATT service.

If I could give the Yorkville store a zero I would. Customer service is awful. They try to take advantage of older people. I had my father go in to set up his insurance phone and the worker told him that the corporate store told him the wrong information and needed to set up a NEW line for it. It's an insurance claim there is no need for a new line. They refused to help. When I called the store they back pedaled and claimed they could help. Or you just wanted your commission that another store got.

Wow!! I was not looking forward to getting a new phone and waiting for everything to transfer but Kyle made it so fun and being an Android owner, it transfered very quickly. Kyle is a lot of fun to talk with. He is very kind and extremely helpful! Not only does he have amazing tech knowledge but he also is able to easily apply and teach others how to navigate through new technology.Thank you so much Kyle! ☺️
