Usually a good experience, but this last time at the yorkville location had a cranky older women that seemed very very cranky that she had to work that day. And told me she couldn't cut my hair that short with the clippers! ?? Huh??? I've never been told I couldn't get my hair cut the way I wanted it. ( I
insisted) Sounded like she didn't agree with my style. Kinda unprofessional !

I have been going here for years, everyone I come it's a great experience and the ladies are great. Always satisfied with my hair when I leave. Haven't had an issue. And I love how you can go in to get something fixed within a certain amount of time if you are not satisfied or feel like it needs touching up. See ya next time! :)

Hoping for the best but was very disappointed. The stylist didn't even suggest a shampoo and when I did she said I can just spray your hair to cut it. She saturated my hair with water and detangler and was in a very big hurry, she said if she didn't work fast she would have to charge me additional money for a comb out, after just cutting straight across she didn't even towel dry my hair. I left with my hair dripping wet and had to try to dry it some with paper napkins in the car.
