I stayed at this hotel for my wedding in June of 2023 and had no major complaints at the time. Fast forward to December of 2023 and I get a random $180 charge from this location. I called them and they claim that they have no record of charging me this money and that I have the wrong location. Their address is linked to the purchase on my bank statement so I know for a fact that they are the ones who charged me. My husband then tried to call and they had the audacity to hang up on him. I would give them zero stars if I could, do NOT stay here.

Black family booked and paid two weeks ahead. Traveled from another state. Holiday Inn gave up their room and told them to come back "tomorrow" when they were in from out of town. The front desk was nasty and called the cops. This could have been handled so many other ways. The front desk could have tried to make similar accommodations in a nearby hotel and offer free transportation to that hotel. Front Desk could have done many different things to help these folks. SHAME!

Absolutely horrendous customer service. We booked and prepaid for a room in October 2023. When we checked in, the concierge told us we had two rooms booked under my name. I stated I had only prepaid for one room. The concierge told me “not to worry about it.” When we returned home, we discovered a $170 charge from the hotel. I called immediately and the staff member I spoke with told me we “no-showed” and that’s why we were charged. When I tried to explain, she told me to deal with my bank. After weeks of trying to do so with no success (and after having multiple messages ignored by the hotel’s GM), I contacted corporate. After almost an hour on the phone, they basically me tough and that it “wasn’t the hotel’s policy to refund us.” Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced!

DO NOT BOOK YOUR WEDDING BLOCK HERE! They charged the grooms hotel getting room a $250 “excessive garbage” fee. I called 3 times and there was never a manager able to speak and no one ever called me back. I emailed the wedding coordinator who forwarded me to the correct person. I never heard back even after a second email.Also, as someone who is tidy, I can say there was extra garbage but all neatly together on the desk above the tiny garbage. Every time I’ve stayed at a hotel this has NEVER been an issue.They want to take your money and hold no responsibility for it.

We stayed here last year for the week of my daughter's wedding, and everything was perfect. The location, room, room service, breakfast, and staff were all incredible. Absolutely no complaints. We came back this year for 7- days, and it was definitely not the same. Everything was fine except the room service. I'm sorry to say that we didn't have our bed either made or changed our entire stay, and our dirty towels were taken but often not replaced. We managed to get by with the towels we would set aside in our room, next to our luggage. We asked a staff member on the floor twice to please refresh our room, but that never happened. It was just not what we expected after our last stay here. If the room cleaning policy had changed, it would have been nice for us to have been advised. We will continue to come here only because of the restaurants that are within walking distance and its proximity to my daughter's house. I will still recommend this hotel to family and friends.Walkability: There are plenty of good restaurants located right next to the hotel parking area.

After seeing the video online how they treat there guest who paid for their rooms in advance. I suggest no one come here. Unless you want the staff to call you obscenities and refuse to give you a cancellation and refund. I urge everyone to Google this holiday inn on Google. See for yourself

Poorly run hotel. Can’t even get the basics right.Stayed here 2 nights. On the plus side the room was clean.On the other side, no coffee in lobby in morning. Bed is so saggy you will wake up with backache and if you want cereal with breakfast you’re out of luck because “the supplier forgot to bring it today.” I’m sorry but you have a telephone to call your supplier back and if that fails there’s a grocery store across the street.These people are so lazy they are beyond redemption. Do yourself a favor and don’t stay here.

This hotel does not reflect how a Holiday Inn Express normally is. Very rude front desk. The workout room was a mess. No clean towels or paper towels to wipe down the machines. The breakfast was good and the lady doing the buffet was very friendly and nice. The men’s restroom in the lobby had no soap or sanitizer. We stayed in a double queen with three adults and a child, only two bath towels were provided. I asked the front desk about it and was told, “we are only required to provide 2 towels “.

Nice hotel but false advertising about a pool and hot tub when it hasn't worked in months. Worst part is the staff are thieves. I left 2 pieces of clothing in my room. Called the next day and multiple times. Always told to call back. Manager didn't even call back. Reached someone today and no clothes left. Person hung up on me. If i left them and housekeeping grabbed them, does that mean housekeeping keeps items left behind? Don't stay at this hotel. They are dishonest.

I'm very disappointed in this hotel. My husband and I have a Diamond Elite status with IHG. I reserved a room for work travel 24 hours before arriving. Mid-afternoon, the next day, the day of my check-in date I had to cancel the room as the travel plans changed. This was less than 24 hours after booking. I was still charged for the overnight stay. I escalated my case number and was told the manager was not available and would return my call. I never received a call. After calling IHG back, I was told the case was closed out as the hotel responded to IHG, not myself, and the hotel refused to credit back the charge for a room that was not used.

I posted a review a few months ago when I was here on a 5 month stay. The reveiw only stated that the Wifi junk and the LAN outlets didn't work. The owner confronted me about it, told me off, and called me company to lie, saying I got nasty with him. I never got a full service in my room. I had to clean my own sheets if I wanted clean ones. They would come into my room unannounced while the DND sign was on the door. There was zero pleasure in my stay. I'm surprised IHG continues to let them operate under them.

Great location for a wedding at Chapel On The Green and it seemed to be at the center of everything.Cute coffee shop next door.Great front desk staff, especially the late night crew and breakfast staff.One of the nicer gyms and breakfast areas we've seen lately.Spacious and clean rooms.Well-lit parking lot.We would stay here again!Rooms: Spacious and cleanNearby activities: Chapel On The GreenSafety: Well lit parking lotNoteworthy details: Try the coffee shop next door

Follow up to previous review left three days ago:I appreciate the quick response regarding my poor customer experience at this hotel, however, in the response it was stated that my issue was investigated thoroughly and that the hotel has taken the necessary steps to ensure this does not repeat. It cannot be overstated enough that I have not been contacted by anyone regarding this matter, and still do not understand why I was treated so poorly as a customer and why I have unjustified charges on my account from this hotel. Given this, I am unsure how this matter has been investigated at all and am still very dissatisfied with this experience.

First room I had the sheets were never changed. So I asked for a clean room. Got switched and room had been cleaned. This hotel has gone downhill in 4 months. I had to wash air conditioner vents then the room no longer smelled musty. As I have asthma and mold allergies. Sad!
