I read some of the reviews before hand, and I was a little nervous. But overall it was calm, quiet, they got me in a little before my appointment! They hand did my nail design so they are a little off but still very cute! I do wish they used critical oil afterwards.

They won’t take any walk ins even though they have open chairs. Kinda felt rude and dirty inside

I walked in with my two young daughters and myself to get pedicures. The man at the counter looked at us and said we are by appointment only very rudely. I was sooo excited to take them there since they had kid chairs and I had a great first time experience. Needless to say I will never go back since we was sooo rude. There was no one there at all. It’s a shame.

Kim did a great job this is honestly the best pedicure I ever had. She took her time was very kind and my toes look great. Great pricing too! I’ll be back when I’m in town.

My DIL made an appointment for 3 of us for manicure and pedicure.
2 of us started pedicure, 3rd person stood there for 30 minutes and left without being acknowledged. Other 2 never got a their manicure so they left after pedicure.
We won't be back or recommend them.

I just recently started getting my nails done more often and everyone at LP are supper nice and do a great job.
I gave them a try after a friend of mine told me it was her favorite place. It’s now mine too!
The atmosphere is nice and relaxing. The massage chairs are amazing!

Very rude the moment I walked in. I needed a fix and acrylic over my own long natural nails and she refused to do what I asked. She stated that she would only put nail glue on the cracked nail and not put acrylic on all of them to fix.. very poor service and environment was not welcoming and friendly.

Walked in without an an appt. Was taken care of right away. Everyone was very pleasant and my nails turned out great.

Horrible end result I took my finance there before I proposed and they did a horrible job. Cuts bleeding on the fingers, uneven nail polish and the nails aren’t pushed back far enough, then I was told I can’t get my money back after they ruined the nails

I tried to walk in 3 hours before they closed and nobody would do my nails here! They claimed they had an appointment booked but they weren’t there and refused to service me. I have been here 1x before and that was never an issue it was a walk in appointment today too and only one other person was there getting her nails done. Whats the issue?? Yeah, not coming back!!
