About Marge Cline Whitewater Course
The Marge Cline Whitewater Course is a peaceful and fun riverside park located on the outskirts of town. The site is family-friendly, with a nice park for kids and an eatery area where visitors can enjoy ice cream and walk around. For those interested in tubing, affordable tubes can be purchased nearby, and the course provides a convenient concrete path for easy access back to the start. While the water is generally safe, there are shallow parts and rocks, so wearing life jackets is recommended. The location also offers walking trails and a bridge overlooking the rapids, making it perfect for photos or a scenic stroll. Overall, it’s a great spot for outdoor fun and relaxation.
Free. We kayaked down from Oswego and end here in Yorkville. Easy enough to carry our gear back up to start of course and run it again.

The is the most peaceful place... sounds of the water rushing through the channel is so beautiful. Definitely can have a beautiful time here.. nice park for the kiddos and eatery all around if want to eat sip and walk. The best part is the ice cream shop!
