Normally, it's great. I bought the most pampers package and was shorted on most of the extras I paid for. My baby's hair cut was choppy, and her ears weren't cleaned.

The staff is always so kind and eager to help. Especially Kathy, she usually checks me out and she’s genuinely so nice. Their manager is incredibly helpful/kind as well. I am loyal to this pet store because of these wonderful employees. Highly recommend.
