I've had a stroage unit for less than a week. I've tried to access it 4 times. Every single time, the gate has been broken and/or my code has not worked. I have only been able to access my unit when the snow gate was intentionally left open (which is not ideal from a security standpoint) or driving in after someone else.Each of these times, I've called customer support and they make me go through the same motions of trying my code 3 times. Doesn't work. Try a temporary code 3 times. Doesn't work. Ok here's the code for the padlock on the snow gate. Doesn't work. They have been absolutely useless and I'm paying for a service I do not receive. They've flat out refused to compensate me for anything I have paid so far.I've contacted them directly to ask that someone speak with me about my issues and I have gotten zero help or feedback. They've promised me a new code and I've heard nothing about it since. I guess the only option is to review them publicly. It takes a lot for me leave such a bad review but they've achieved it threefold.

No one on site and customer service knows nothing about the units. I leased a unit and the door was not wide enough although other properties 10x20 units have a full size door. Customer service couldn’t tell me what the dimensions were at any of their locations and was rude and nasty at my asking rather than just rent in g a different unit and hoping it was bigger. I’ve never been treated so poorly by a rep who knew so little about her product.

I have had a unit here for years. The cost of it was reasonable and that is why I kept it. But over the last six months they have raised rates one time after the next. It is now so expensive that I am currently emptying to cancel it. Also, horrible customer service. The gate was broke for a week with no notice to renters. Wasted gas and time twice only to find it still broke. Their solution was to prop it open so anyone could enter the facility.

Do not use this place , been with them for 4yrs and they kept raising my price of 10x10 to 160.00 a monthI called corporate and also left a email to still no answer as to why 10 x 10 is 160.00 , looking at storage down the street for $65. for same size ?,DO NOT USE

My gate code did not work the first day it was issued and had to wait on hold when if called for almost 20 min before getting a temp code which worked.

Nice location..but huge hill and my car bottoms out. I can't drive anything but a truck up into this location. My code is working. So far great place..and cheaper price. Thank you.
