My wife had an unpleasant experience early morning on 7/19/24. None of the employees she encountered took time to greet her or offer any customer service. Instead, they were too busy talking amongst themselves and clearly ignoring her.

Love this Super Target! Barbie is amazing, super sweet lady at the cash register. We love her! Starbucks team in this Target is the best! They remembered my order every time.

Very pleased with the online order and pick up process at Yorkville Target. My order was ready for pick up in 1 1/2 hours.
All fresh items had great dates and everything was excellent qualify. The Associate bagged all items with care.
I received friendly and professional customer service combined with great prices! I will definitely order online for pickup again. Thank you for a great overall shopping experience!

I placed an order through the app for hamburger and a 2 liter. Called because my family needed it sooner than I thought. I called and asked if it’s ok if I go there and bring it up if I could just receive it myself. They said yea but usually it takes for hours for the order to be ready, but it’s ok if I bring it to the order pickup area. I brought it up and explained to the guy I called and
They said I could do that. He told me to cancel I’ll get refunded soon and I’d have to pay again. I said I couldn’t I literally spent the last I had on that. He said there was nothing he could do. So I said alright I’ll just Put it back then and he said ok. I probably did sound a little upset because it was literally what I needed for my mom’s dinner. I went to reach for it and I got a notification saying my order was ready. I showed it to him. He got irritated about it and I even said I’d put back what I had. I came back saw the order sitting there. Waited my turn he just kept side eyeing me and ignoring me. I said can I just grab it? Another side eye and no response.

For future reference if someone returns a personal hair trimmer can you guys make sure you mark it out of your inventory properly and not return it to the shelf so people don't get it home full of a strangers hair

I’ve been a customer of this Target for about 2 years. This store is always cleaned, organized and has great cashiers. The other day I was .90 cent short and Alana (cashier) paid it for me. That made my entire night.

Would either appreciate a smile from the cashier after spending $300 or bring back self checkout over 10 items. Plus I specifically asked for my things to be bagged as I asked, as I was just out of a surgery, using a cane and didn't want a lot of unnecessary bags, which is exactly what I got. May sound trivial but if you are going to offer customer service, it should come with a smile.

Horrible. 30 min wait time in lines. Will not open lanes. "Their employees are entitled to breaks" says customer service, while line for one register that is open is 15 people deep.
