I add a wonderful experience today at this store with Evelyn one of their associates she is fantastic she did a great job working with me on trying to pay my credit card for the store they truly care about their customers she should be the store manager she really knows her job !

I had an amazing hair cut by master stylist Brittany. She made it a very relaxing, pleasant experience and we shared many good laughs together. She took my lack luster hair and gave it a beautiful transformation! I will be coming back because of how great of an experience this was!

Almost everytime I go here the employees are always rude. I spoke to a lady today and I said no thank you to her and was gonna ask about another time and she hung up on me. I know this review means nothing and nothing will be done. But Ulta you need to do better. You really need to train ppl to be professional. Because it's getting bad over there. The stuff you get free there are times they don't even want to give it.

I went in looking for help on makeup for upcoming headshot photos for work. I haven't worn makeup in YEARS. I never was very good at it and never really liked the products I ever used. Kim came to my rescue!!!!! She was so sweet, knowledgeable, and just the kindest person ever. She listened to my concerns, wants, likes, and dislikes. She found me the perfect shade, a product that looks natural and flawless, not cakey or heavy. Kim then helped me pair it with other items to top my look off. Explained to me why certain things worked for me and didn't, and showed me tips and techniques for applying each product. She truly went above and beyond in helping me in so many ways. Kim, you are a true angel, and I can't thank you enough for all your help! ❤️

Been kinda hesitant to post a review on this I do shop here. But also use the salon a few times I did see my hair was cut was short than the left side and the last time I gone the gal who cut my hair used very hot water that’s a no no especially when the hair is hair dyed, also forgot to do the treatment, once she was drying my hair she used the very hot setting I got burnt a few times I even told her that’s very hot I even covered my ears my hair was more fried now. The treatment she only left it on for 5 mins while online says 15-20 mins fyi, never again will I trust my hair here my stylist from Cali was way more gentle and knew what she was doing definitely did not use hot water to wash hair, and was using low setting on the blow dryer she took her time and also wasn’t distracted neither she was very professional.
