Until, they made a mistake installing an ice make that caused thousands of dollars in damages for repairs when it leaked and ruined the floors causing about $15,000 in costs. They only offered a fraction of it to settle the dispute. I now use Grand Appliance. Not as "fancy", but they have the same products, great service and a more understanding staff. They also include typical extra charges like removal of an existing appliance at no cost.”

Ive now repaired my water heater and my furnace with this man's help and he really does go above and beyond and do good honest work which is a rarity these days.
