“I would like to first start by saying Ali the manager is the best!! He has a heart of a gold!! Bless him .. He turned a bad experience into a great experience, he listened to us and treated us like we were valued customers. Let me explain the situation so we called ahead of time and wanted to know if Home Depot could cut our lumbar and plywood to the sizes we needed for our floor shed, and were told yes, so we came to Home Depot and asked the gentleman in the lumbar department if he could cut our pieces into the sizes we needed for our 10x10 shed. We were upset because he told us they cannot do this requests, since we had numerous sizes of cuts, which we knew we had to pay for extra cuts that wasn’t an issue for us. So I went to talk to the manager Ali and he assisted us, he got his hands dirty doing the work himself wow!! Talk about going above and beyond for the customer!! Such great customer service listening to customers needs and making us feel valued. Thank you again Ali we are forever grateful !!”

“Best place to by appliances, family owned and run, there employees deliver your purchase and have a reliable installer / repairmen. We just bought our 5th GE Appliance from them. No hard sell, informed very friendly. Math prices or beats them. I'm adding to this review several months later in January 2026. My GE Profile washer lid broke, Dan went the extra mile to get me one and was able to have one at no cost. Now I only have to pay for a service call.Weve bought 5 appliances from them. The hands on and friendly service you can only get from a family owned business. A big box store would never help you like they do. Dan you've earned our business several times over.
