Omg x2, Totally Disrespectful and Rude, and Threatened to have me removed from store by police, I was Totally polite with her, did not even raise my voice.. so I called police first !!! Shameful !! All this over a 20$ charger she sold me yesterday and did not provide me with a receipt...I still cannot believe what went down, omg..after I've done business there over 10 years & been a boost customer for 20 years now..refused my refund and even the police couldn't talk any sense to her... wouldn't give me her name, but said she was the manager..this isn't the end rude lady..I will make it my mission to get you removed..way to treat a former Naval servicemen

Went to the store to see if my phone would work on their network. They said no. I went online and chat with a rep and said it will work on their network. So what's the deal?

Awful service. The kid working there the day before Thanksgiving on 11/22/2023 @ 5:00pm was rude and disrespectful. He was just sitting there on his phone with his disrespectful mouth. I bet his parents are proud of him. I was in town helping my elder mother on getting a new phone and he was no help. I would give them zero stars if allowed.

I have called the store multiple Times to see if I had an upgrade available and the person hat answers keeps hanging up on me for no reason. I will no longer come to this location or contact this store dew to the rude nature of the person who isn't doing there job. And I will NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!

Come here and see Jamie for great service . Don't go to the other boost mobile in Zion. Definitely was impressed with the seamless transaction and activation.
