These people did me so dirty that it doesn’t even make sense,I went in to get break pads,they take my car to the back without doing paperwork first ,my first question was are you going to do paperwork on my car before taking it to the back, so he annoyed me and took my car to the back to see if I need rotors and so they said yeah you need rotors so they started getting upset with me because I didn’t no if I had enough to get rotors,so this guy who was almost bald get to calling me crazy and I’m like why is he calling me out my name,I didn’t call him out his,just unprofessional at a high level,anyway charged me $46.00 for just telling me I need rotors?? Why didn’t you inform me upfront about this charge before taking my car without doing paperwork,these men are mean,ready get ugly with me real fast because I’m a black women,with no man around.Stay away from this place especially single women.

I have been here a few times and the customer service has been exceptional. Ali always greets me with my name, which is super polite and personal. Also, he does a great job communicating timeframes and amounts. I have went to other shops around the area and Checkpoint Automotive has always been the best for me. I appreciate it!

I've been coming here for awhile with my vehicles and I have never been disappointed. The guys here are friendly and knowledgeable, the service is done quickly and well, and the rates are fair. In my opinion, they are the best in town.

These guys are extremely knowledgeable and well trained in engine diagnostics. They are courteous and friendly. They gave me several options concerning my 2012 Lexus timing timing belt replacement. I was quite pleased at how competitive their prices are. Tuesdays is Lady's day and all women who enter the store topless get 25% off all services (men too, eeeek) They even washed my car and detailed it at no extra charge. Thursdays is Barbecue Day with free burgers, hot dogs and popcorn all day long. DJ and dance parties on Saturday afternoons. This place rocks.Service: Engine repair
