Not a horrible place to rent from. Enterprise has their rules and this site enforces them. The lady I dealt with clearly was used to dealing with people who wanted her to break the rules so all of my questions were met with stern answers as in "don't even try to fuck with me". I like warm, she was cold, but she did her job and I can't ask for much more.

Never use this car rental business. They are thieves, and should be prosecuted as such. I rented a car from them, and during my rental period, I was taken to the hospital. I spent a week in the hospital, and in that time they retrieved the car from where it was located, stole all my belongings that were in the car, and "gave it to Goodwill or the Salvation Army" before I even got out of the hospital. Considering they keep no record of where they take other people's belongings, my guess is that the thieves that work there kept most of my stuff considering I was in the process of moving, and had a $500 electric guitar, $500 Amp, $1000 TV, and other important belongings in the car that were all stolen. None of my belongings were returned to me, and the car was filled with my not only expensive, but priceless belongings. The person that worked there that I talked to said, "Donating my belongings to Goodwill or the Salvation Army ,(or keeping them) is perfectly fine because it's in the contract that I signed, saying that if they have to recover a car, those despicable actions are perfectly allowable. They are thieves, and scam artists, and should be treated as such. Do your business elsewhere if you know what's good for you.

Standard enterprise chain. Check the website for vehicle pricing. rules and availability. Security cameras are located all over property. Limited parking because of neighboring businesses.

I love coming to this place it's always fast and easy and Jenny who who I feel is an amazing staff she was very knowledgeable friendly and generous I can tell you one thing I'd rather come here than to any other enterprise. This place is AMAZING ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I rented a car online and when I got there I was told they don’t have any cars for me and they had reservations ahead of me. The lady told me she tried to call me and left me a voicemail but no such thing happened. They didn’t even offer me an Uber back home which I ended up walking since I lived relatively close and while walking some guy tried to get me into his car. Which could of been avoided if they actually had the car I rented. Avoid this place if you can!

You have to have so much stuff to rent and you have to be within 50 miles of your address to rent.

I rented a car from here for a week and they changed my rental to a suv which I wasn’t happy with to begin with. Then my return time was 5:00 last Wednesday I got there a few minutes after 5 and they were already closed which I had no idea. Nobody notified me or told me up front that was their close time. I just happen to pick a random return time. All of our locations in Wisconsin close at 6 and that’s what I was used to. Then they charged me for two extra days. When I called the lady told me that’s corporate policy and said the manager would call me and the manager never called. This is ridiculous and I will never come to this location again.

Coriana Stanley needs to be fired. It seems like as many complaints she has gotten, she still seems to be there. And specifically after she told me she makes enough money, she doesn’t need that job. LOL Jenny, however is very nice & such a huge help. The manager that called in regards to coriana, didn’t say much beside “I’ll talk to her” which obvi talking to her in the past hasn’t helped. Definitely need to retrain or replace her.
