Where do I start? They bought out first Midwest which wast any better. I have never felt like a valued customer here at all. My son had an account and they continued to take out fees every month for the paper statement. We went inside and met with a representative to inquire about the fees and were told that he would have to go through the APP to switch to digital. We were then told that because he has an android phone, it would not work and so we closed his account.
I had an incident where I went to the ATM to withdraw $420. I waited a good 5 minutes and then the screen said it was out of order and released my debit card. I drove around to use the ATM inside and it said INSUFFICIENT FUNDS. I went to a teller and she told me that the ATM shows that the money was disbursed when it wasn't which is why the inside atm said INSUFFICIENT FUNDS. They gave me the money then and there, however my account was still withdrawn for an ADDITIONAL $420. That put my account in the negatives. They did refund the $36 insufficient funds fee within 24 hrs. However this happened on a Monday and it's now Wednesday and I have not had my money returned to me and was told it could take 5-10 days or so. This is just absolutely unacceptable. Some of us live paycheck to paycheck and so I will absolutely be closing my accounts and going elsewhere once my money is returned to my account.

I do not like pulling into the drive-up and not being able to see the tellers. Once the teller had my check, it took almost 10 minutes to cash it and I even have an account with Old National!

Service is usually pretty quick at the drive-thru(it was kinda rough for the first few months after the transition from First Midwest but eventually it smoothed out)and I was able to get a live person on the phone pretty quick to sort out issues I was having.

Bad experience every single time. The tellers are untrained and don’t know how to help the customer with simple tasks. They don’t know their system. Came in today for re-prints of debit cards that customer service over the phone suggested so I wouldn’t have to wait. I was charged $7.00 for a reprint which is fine I guess, I was introduced to this bank when my bank merged. I wasn’t aware they charge for cards since I was not charged prior. No consistency with this bank. I’ve been waiting over 30 minutes just to get my a new debit card. They have no idea what they are doing. I do my personal banking here and my business banking. I don’t see myself staying due to lack of knowledge.

Wish zero stars was a choiceThe rudest, most condesending, slowest, unhelpful tellers and employees. I can't go there. I get too upset. Wait and wait and wait. In what world would this disgusting customer service be acceptableClose this branch and fire these people!!!

Old national bank in general has terrible customer service. You can never get a hold of anyone. They have you on hold for hours at a time.

Old National performed the worst bank tankover in the history of Bank takeovers. I am sure that management is receiving praise and pats on the back for a job well done however. Will definitely be changing banks. Wish l had the option of a zero rating!!
