Service is usually pretty quick at the drive-thru(it was kinda rough for the first few months after the transition from First Midwest but eventually it smoothed out)and I was able to get a live person on the phone pretty quick to sort out issues I was having.

Bad experience every single time. The tellers are untrained and don’t know how to help the customer with simple tasks. They don’t know their system. Came in today for re-prints of debit cards that customer service over the phone suggested so I wouldn’t have to wait. I was charged $7.00 for a reprint which is fine I guess, I was introduced to this bank when my bank merged. I wasn’t aware they charge for cards since I was not charged prior. No consistency with this bank. I’ve been waiting over 30 minutes just to get my a new debit card. They have no idea what they are doing. I do my personal banking here and my business banking. I don’t see myself staying due to lack of knowledge.

Wish zero stars was a choiceThe rudest, most condesending, slowest, unhelpful tellers and employees. I can't go there. I get too upset. Wait and wait and wait. In what world would this disgusting customer service be acceptableClose this branch and fire these people!!!

They want to get a e-signature for you to view your own online account. my brother lost $30,000 with another bank that had his real signature and didn't compare and they want a e-signature at old national

Old national bank in general has terrible customer service. You can never get a hold of anyone. They have you on hold for hours at a time.

Old National performed the worst bank tankover in the history of Bank takeovers. I am sure that management is receiving praise and pats on the back for a job well done however. Will definitely be changing banks. Wish l had the option of a zero rating!!

We were at Bridgeview Bank which was acquired by First Midwest. No longer our friendly neighborhood bank but the transition was smooth. THEN Old National acquired First Midwest. This was a mess!Activation of out ATM card was a hassle as was setting up on-line banking.Don't EVEN try to call unless you have an hour or two to kill. BTW: The published telno for the Zion branh doesen't even work.I needed a cashier's check. Zion branch HAD NONE.Moving to another bank will be a pain - setting up automatic deposits and payments - but seems the best route at this point. I'd give a ZERO stars rating if this app allowed. :(
