My husband and I were very pleased with Kramer's Kampers customer service. They went above and beyond! Their customer service, knowledge and experience was outstanding! We'd go there again and would recommend anyone to do the same!! We're VERY happy campers!!

My wife and I have been looking to upgrade our camper for the last few months. After visiting several dealerships, I must say the folks at Kramer's Kampers are the best. After arriving at their location all the model campers were open and we were able to take our time looking at them without any pushing salesperson shadowing us. We came across a gentleman moving trailers around whom we discovered was one of the owners (Pete) and had a few questions for him. Not only was Pete knowledgeable about his products he was also very personable and easy to talk to. After a week of narrowing down our trailer selection, we returned to Kramer's to finalize the deal. Pete not only gave us a fair deal we were able to purchase some nice accessories with the price savings over other dealerships. Again thanks to Kramer/s Kampers for making us feel like we made the right choice.

I have a mobile pet grooming business and wouldn't be able to keep dogs and cats warm all winter if it weren't for Kramer's. They've always gone above and beyond and have made sure we have propane even in icy winter conditions. We appreciate all they do and highly reccomend all their services!

We bought our camper from here.Perfect for what we needed it for, Music festival. Anyway,we didn't need it and it was just sitting there. My hubs called them and yep they would love to come and pick it up.Wonderful people. They got it ready to put out. About 7 months later, they sold it for a generous amount.

They were doing a great job. I spent a lot of $ there, I even stored my rig at their location for the Winter. But they didn't fully dewinterize my rig and I lost $ on a rental because there was still antifreeze or some other chemical in the pipes. When I went back to tell them what happened, and buy more chucks, the usually nice woman was backing away from me like I was an alien 👽. Very strange. And they don't return phone calls. Or they just don't return my phone calls. I went elsewhere for service.

If this is where tom kramer works, i have been trying to track him down for years. he tried to sleep with my 12 year old daughter and goes by the alias jeff the oreo man online. be careful.
