Lucy’s staff is extremely professional and were to able to help out with getting a critical part needed for a home appliance with very short notice right before the holidays. Having never been to their business before I was impressed with the cleanliness, and how orderly their office and showroom was. You gotta love a business that’s been open for 88 years and still strives for quality and professionalism.

Called Lucy’s on Monday and told the gentleman on the phone I been smelling gas in my kitchen next to the oven for a few weeks. Gentleman asked how old the oven was and I said about 10 years maybe and tried to sell me a new oven. Asked him if he had gas detection equipment and he said no but said you could open the oven and take it apart and it’s ‘500 or so pieces’ and try to find the leak myself or buy a new oven. He then said was it a GE and I said yes then he said probably call GE and they might come out. I said thanks then dialed the gas company they came out and determined there was leaks on the flex tubing connection’s. The gas company employee was very nice and saved our lives. I would never recommend and or shop here again. The gentleman cared more about selling a new oven even though ours was fine. It was just the connection from the gas line to the oven line That was leaking. I will be shopping elsewhere from now on.

The employee's here are outstanding and very responsible, especially Jolene who was very thoughtful and helpful at helping me select the right item. She followed the sale all the way through to the delivery date. A very rewarding experience unlike the rude and hateful receptionist at leach and bridges insurance company.

Family owned and has been serving Lake County and southeast Wisconsin for a very long time, great staff and competitive prices. Just purchased a GE oven, Fridge and Microwave and Dan helped us out-big time. He even went out of his way to help me troubleshoot our old fridge before determining we needed a new one. All of the Lucy's over the years have done this for our family and I feel this is a service you won't get anywhere else (support after the sale). Dan was very informative showing us the pros and cons on all the products and patient while deciding with no sales pressure. He also had all the appliances delivered to the house the next day. Hope Lucy's is around for many years to come!

If I could give more then 5 stars I would. The whole family/team at Lucy’s is amazing. I mostly dealt with Dan but talked with Connor and Chris as well. Everyone has been most helpful and they go well out of their way to accommodate you. Not to the mention the best deals around, I did a lot of shopping around and they just blew everyone else out of the water. Don’t even bother trying to shop elsewhere, give Lucy’s a call!

It's always the same thing with these delivery personnel and their rude behaviors; office personnel sound swell & respectful, so we can't figure it. There are many 5 stars, but we are more than one seeing these bad unfriendly attitudes from these delivery folk, and we know it is not just us - over the years it has been that way. They may have great product, but with snobbery, even the best appliances get the shade. The very worst part is this business claims to be Christian, and maybe they are, but delivery employees? Probably not, & that is a Big Shame.

My parents would come here over the years so I decided to do the same since I needed appliances for a new house. Unfortunately my address was too far away for their at-home delivery service, but they still helped immensely with all the questions I had and even referred me to stores that were closer to my location! They told me which brands to steer clear from based on my needs, and which ones they prefer based on part availability and servicing. Helpful, knowledgeable, and great customer service even though a sale wasn't made!
