Today was the second time I have tried to get gas here recently. Put the card in, pump locks the card, waiting, waiting, waiting so I cancel the transaction. Try again this time the pump cancels transaction almost instantly. Went somewhere else and won't try again. I wonder if its pump problems or attendant can't accomplish doing nothing. Either way it is sad, it's a gas pump.

Normally a good spot with nice people and I’ve gone here for a while but the one lady who worked tonight said to hold my ID up so she can scan it and she shinned and pointed the scanner gun right in my eyes while she tried to scan my ID for a tobacco purchase. My eyes seem pretty messed up as of now. Hopefully it does not get worse. I’ve never had a clerk in all my years point a scanner gun at me face level and scan my ID normally I hand it to them or place it on the counter. what is wrong with that person. Totally a liability to the company for doing that.

Damn good service, lovely gas station attendants. Bathrooms are super clean along with inside store. Never a poor service or interaction from these awesome employees. Can not recommend enough.

Went a few weeks ago to pump gas here. I have a capless tank however I've never had problems anywhere else. I put the pump inside the tank and the gas pumped all of the gas out on the ground. There should be an emergency valve of some sort to stop the gas from pumping if it's not inside the tank but apparently there isn't. When I asked if they can reimburse me the gas so I can fill my tank they tried making it seem as though it was my fault and refused to reimburse me. I even had to keep asking for help in order for the cashier to even call his manager. They didn't even put a flag on the pump because it malfunctioned. I'm never going back again and I advise you not to either because they really could care less

Love Murphys but Erika is not fit for customer service she needs therapy I think. It's hard to shop here but I will continue to do so after corporate contacts me and I have a conversation with BBB

rude cashiers with attitude problems! the only reason why i even bother with murphy's is because they have cheap cigs and accept my coupons, but they're cashiers act racist and need to treat their customers better by far. i came here one time at 9:30 pm and the man working told me i had to pay with my card because he'd already dropped the cash for the night. since when do you tell me how i'm going to pay and since when does a business refuse cash as legal tender?! they didn't close til 11:30 so i don't understand why he decided to drop the cash 2 hours early. and today i went there and an old african american man was working there, and he was so rude to me that i really am considering just going down to treasure island from now on and just saying forget murphy's cuz really, this "f--- you" treatment their cashiers have is really getting old.

Had windshield wiper solvent but it was pretty much slushy because it was 24°! ( to clean off your windshield while you put gas in your vehicle.

I totally am appalled. I have visited this gas station and have always had great service! But today the man who was advising the cashier was totally rude! I've spent a lot of money making this gas station my go to. Today tho I had to dip into some change to make my trip. He told me.i had to have the quarters rolled, ok ill roll you $8.75. Bill was $11.75 I had 3 dollar bills. He was so rude I told the nice girl that cashed me out she was nice but that man wasn't. He told me he was always nice haha. Rude sob. My business is going elsewhere. Management need to talk to this dude and give him training in public service. Never felt this way before!
