I just left State Farm after 28 years. I allowed another company to give me a quote. I just did it to prove to myself that I was getting the best rates—I’m a very careful driver, great driving record. Long time homeowner with zero claims. Imagine my surprise when I found out how much more reasonable this other high-profile competitor was! When I called to cancel, they tried to throw a bunch of discounts my way. Unfortunately, it was too little too late, and I was disappointed to learn how much savings I had been missing out on.
Randy himself is very nice, but why wouldn’t you treat your best clients like your best clients?

Been a client for many years and because of multiple policies and properties I've presented many requests that Randy and his team quickly resolved. Today, again, Susan solved a service provider problem within 30 minutes.

I am very satisfied with State Farm. They have always been prompt to answer questions and help with any service needs. I have, also, found their rates for insurance to be very reasonable.

Randy and his team are fantastic. I am 78 years old, been driving since I was 16 & never had accident so when someone rear ended me I had no idea what to do. Went to his office and the young lady walked me through everything. State Farm contacted me with a place for repairs & will be getting my car fixed soon. Randy's office has stayed in touch with me thru this. So very grateful for their help and guidance and grateful no one was injured.

My review is on Susan Presnall. She is phenomenal person!! As a customer sometimes you have to talk to whoever answers the phone and go through the process of restating your situation over and over again!! (which is frustrating) I have never met Susan in person, but she is very attentive to my situation and has made sure that the process is moving forward to be resolved. My dad always said it's an ART to LISTENING and Susan wins hands up :-) Susan has taken my many calls, answered any and all questions I had related to my claim, emailed forms I requested, and explained the process in detail so I would be fully aware of everything that is going on with my claim. I wish more agents/people who deal with the public would exhibit the extraordinary customer service skills that Susan possesses. Thank You Susan!! (Salute)
