After being told that they had the part for my truck and that they could get me in right away and replace it, they proceed to remove the part, then come back to me and say that they would have to order it and pick it up in the morning. When I said that was unacceptable, the put the part back on my truck, with my help, and the charged me $70 for labor.
To be honest, I came in with the part number, from the manufacturer of my truck, and gave them both the standard duty and the heavy duty, which my truck engine recommends, and yet they still didn't verify that they had the correct part in stock.
To TA Service as a whole, I am honestly getting tired of paying you to do work on a truck that is one of the most common o/o trucks on the road, to have nothing but trouble afterwards. I hope you spend the last $70 I just gave you well. It will be the last I give to any TA, TA Express, or Petro.

VERY unprofessional.The lady on the phone said that the master will be available after 2 hours and I drove 50 miles there.After arriving on the counter the big guy with glasses said that the minimum waiting time is 12 hours.Very disappointed.

This place is in right spot. 25 bucks to park. Really ain't that bad with all the parking here. Lot better then getting hit at loves or citgo. Plus spend 25 in store or dinner place it free parking. Plus at 11 pm. Sure you find a spot. Can't be mad at that. Just not sure if over size loads can fit due to wall pattern they have sent up for paid parking

Every time I come here, they go out of their way to help keep me rolling. Front the person in the store being pleasant and easy to work with to the service counter Heather who goes above and beyond. I visit TAs all over the country, and this one stands out from the rest all around. Thank you, TA, for keeping up rolling.

OWNER OPERATORS PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE AND COMPANY DRIVERSWE LOST OUR REFRIGERATOR LOAD AND COSTUMER AND PAID DEDUCTIBLE FOR THE LOAD $2500I WENT THERE JUST TO CHANGE OIL AND FUEL FILTERS MECHANIC GUY COULD NOT TAKE easily filters HE TRIED SCREW WITH SOME IRON JUST FILTER and finallyHE BROKE FUEL FILTER ASSEMBLYTHEN THEY ORDERED TRIED TO GET FIXED IT TOOK THREE DAYS AFTER I WASN’t sure that he fixed it correctly and went to another TRUCK SERVICE shop to check it AND HAPPY THAT I CHECKED BECAUSE THE GUY DID NOT SCREWED ALL BOLTS AFTER HE CHANGEDI SPENT THERE MY NERVES and AFTER THAT THEY EVEN DID CHARGE ME FOR ALL PRICEYOU CAN SEE PICTURESVERY bad SERVICE NEVER EVER WILL COME BACK TO TA SERVICE, SITE MANAGER IS DO NOT KNOW HOW TO TALK WITH COSTUMER NO WORDS ABOUT RESPECT I DONT KNOW HOW HE BECAME A MANAGERTHEY WILL NOT COMPENSATE ALL YOUR TIME FURTHER HE CHARGED FOR ALL COST ALMOST $600 FOR OIL CHANGEMY DRIVER WAS WITHOUT LOAD FOR THREE DAYS WITHOUT FOOD AND OUR COMPANY WILL PAY HIM

Huge truck stop and "TA Travel Center" for all travelers. You can get Mobil gas, convenience store items, truck accessories, and lots more here. Restaurant is a Country Pride diner (separate review). Workers are nice and location on IL-WI state line is convenient, although it's a little confusing since they changed the tollway 294/94, and the freeway (41/94). alignments.

I always stop here on my way back from northern Wisconsin for a break. People that work here have always been friendly and helpful when I stop. You can sit down for a meal or grab coffee and a snack to go. I recommend this place for anyone who wants a break from the road.
