This review is being posted to make who's ever in charge understand that there is an employee of theirs who is disrespectful.I reported this young man a month ago about his treatment towards me when I come into the post office.In short, a year ago Oscar was rude in communicating to me and during transactions.And to my discovery it was racial because he laughed with a woman who was white and high fived her as she said "we look out for each other".But as I reached the counter he didn't talk and just proceeded to rush through my transaction.This same behavior went on up until February 2024 and I reported this behavior to let the post office know when I come into the post office I don't want any interaction done between me and him.Because he makes it clear he doesn't want to be in my presence but tolerates it because he's the manager there.

Dropped off a birthday card for my 85 year old mother in Florida 9 days ago.It had a dinner gift card in it. Seems quite suspicious to me as the middle aged gray haired guy rushed me and didn’t give me a receipt. I know better next time not to utilize their services, will go to more reputable office.

Along with so many others, I have also had mail and package come up missing. receiving it week to months later or not all . I don't see why if you have your mail on hold , mail Carri should be taking your mail out of the office.something needs to be done!

I would really like to write an excellent review, but unfortunately this will not happen. The postman brought a parcel containing a bowl made of onyx (stone), the gate cart stopped and seeing that I was going to meet him, he simply threw the parcel over the fence, waved his hand at me and left. As a result, the bowl was broken, even with very careful packaging, even the stone could not withstand the impact on the asphalt. The next day I went to the post office and brought with me a broken bowl with packaging and told how it all happened, I didn’t have cameras. They admitted everything and instead of helping me they just started wasting my time, at first they said that they didn’t need the package with the broken bowl, a week later they sent a letter and said that they needed it for the investigation. I brought it and they gave me a letter that they had received a broken bowl for inspection, and a week later they sent a letter that they had not received my parcel. I returned to the post office and they said that they forgot that they took the parcel from me and instead of compensating for the damage, they said that I was missing a broken piece from the broken bowl and because of this they would not be able to pay me compensation for the damage when I showed them the same a letter stating that they accepted a broken bowl with a fragment, they sent a letter a week later saying that you do not have video or evidence of our mail’s guilt. Disgusting service. It’s a pity we can’t give minus ten out of five possible.

This has more to do with the Systems in place and not the staff. I have a package tracked to this location through updates, to be delivered tomorrow, and I go in to maybe get my package. I'm told, it's on the dock with 100s of other packages, so basically that option was out the window, I understood. I ask to have the package be delivered another day, or held at the post office, and am told the best they can do is leave a handwritten note for the carrier.....to me...that seems outrageous, with how advanced the system should be to track packages, placing one on hold in their computer system should be easy for them to accomplish. But instead I have to cross my fingers on a handwritten note, and hope no one swipes my package, if it does still get delivered. They made no guarantees they could hold it.

If this were purely on my actual interactions with the staff, this post office would have gotten 5 stars. The people they do have are the best I've dealt with. If we can't staff a post office so there aren't random full hours where nobody can help you during the day and simply put a piece of paper up, this needs to be addressed. I'm not demanding they don't take a lunch. I'm saying I've watched them be understaffed for a year and it is apparently getting worse.

WORSE PLACE TO DROP OFF YOUR PACKAGES. HAS BEEN THREE WEEKS AND LAST UPDATE ON 20 OF MY PACKAGES HAS BEEN DEPARTED FROM POST OFFICE AND AFTER THAT NO SCAN AS IF IT DISSAPEARED. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. THIS LOCAL USPS DOES NOT CARE OF YOUR PACKAGES.

I made a request to figure out where my package was, its been nearly a month since the status had updated, i know with covid going on i am trying to be understanding so i just wanted to know if everything was okay, i get a voicemail, a very quick response, but literally all she said was "its still in transit, have a good day"Im sorry?? Is that really all the information you can give?I know its in transit thats the only information i haveJust overall its unprofessional and the lady sounded like she didnt know what she was doing

I must say, this is by far the best Post Office that I have ever visited. Ms. Stephanie is a joy to be around. She is sweet, funny, and has great customer service. I appreciate her thoughtfulness when it comes to customers and assisting them with their mail. You can tell that this post office is a place of order!
