Way too expensive between regular fuel costs and truck fees and if you don't use enough fuel, there's an extra tank fee. We had our Ferrell Gas tank removed and will be going with another vendor.

Yesterday I received a bill for tank rental and the bill stated my account was past due. Same day I got the bill? How can that be I pay my bills and I do not appreciate being accused of being late.

So last year, I ran out of propane. I called for a fill understanding it was my fault that i ran out and was told it might be 7 days. I called three days later asking if I could get an update. They told me if I paid $105 dollars, I could get delivery today. I look outside while talking to them and see the delivery driver in my drive. I tell her no thanks, he's here. I think it's insane that they are trying to scam people out of an extra $105 saying they don't know when a delivery is coming. I would think in a business that makes this kind of money annually, (partners net worth is currently .13 Billion), that they could have decent customer service and an understanding of basic scheduling of deliveries. This year, another incident where my spouse was yelled at on the phone and hung up on by "customer service". Now for a business that I give a couple thousand to a year, I would think you could at least attempt to be kind to your customers. I do believe that once Spring sets in, I'll be calling Ferrell to come get their tank and moving on to another company. Something else that the office manager told us might be a good idea (great business). If my couple thousand a year means nothing to them, then apparently they don't want my business.
