I think you should close. You need to be open like you use to be. Its frustrating when you need something and they are always closed. You have to go to muncie to get it. Really miss the lady that use to run the store.

The lady that runs this now is awesome. Super nice and genuinely cares. Open 3 days a week and instead of buying my cigarettes anywhere else, I move my schedule to those 3 days. Love talking to her for a minute while I'm in there. The owner found a true gem when he hired her. I'll be a customer as long as she is there.

Since the older lady retired and the young girl took over, the store doesn't open at 10 am. This is not good business. I've went elsewhere.

There is an older lady that wears glasses that works here. Very VERY rude and off-putting. I've been in here a few times when she is working and she is always very short, cuts me off mid sentence and treats me with zero respect. I walked in here today just trying to figure out what kind of cigarettes I wanna buy (I change up quite often). And I was looking at the timeless times and noticed they didn't have shorts in the flavor I wanted (which is absolutely fine). And she immediately snapped when I said something and started yelling at me that they would never have them and they will never order them. I was amazed that she talked to me that way. And after I got my cigarettes she proceeded to laugh at me and told me to never bother looking for them again. Will be taking my business and my family's business elsewhere until she's gone. Ridiculous.

Love this smoke shop. My favorite one I have found. Great prices and have many different options as far as rolling your own, and vaping. Customer service is always top notch! Could not ask for a better place to go.
