“We stopped Here on Sunday after the Fourth of July. Yes, they are open on Sunday for a limited amount of hours. We simply wanted to see what they had, but ended up with short rib, brisket bites, and their blueberry sausage. Weil, we did not purchase any, they also had many different varieties of bratwurst, and also different varieties of sausage.
The variety is great, and the people are extremely helpful and nice. As we were leaving, we saw a sign by the register for a brisket sandwich. We decided that we would share this brisket sandwich, and the only thing I was disappointed in was that I didn’t get one for myself rather than sharing. The brisket was absolutely delicious, there was no sauce on the sandwich and it did not need any. I would go back just for the sandwich, but hope to be able to try out their different items. They also have Amish baked goods, however, that was not for this trip. I highly recommend the butcher shop and they were also interested in ideas we Told them about For products purchased at other butcher shops”
