So my man& I ordered a BBQ Brisket pizza lastnight for dinner WITH EXTRA EVERTHING& when my man came home, it was abit skimpy& like they mistaken it for lite toppings...
So, he called& said he wanted to voice his complaint& Without hesitation they directly let him choose what time to come back in for a chance to dress his pizza up right this time& FREE OF CHARGE.!!
Let me tell u when he came home for lunch today w the pizza, it was so heavy& delicious.! Very nice dressing job with the whole thing, we're very happy. &belly's are full.!😜

We have always wanted to try the taco pizza, heard it was the best, well we tried it last night and it tasted like a frozen pizza with a few toppings thrown on top , it had no tomatoes, no refried beans and just had no flavor at all, just tasted like a frozen pizza.

Super nice staff. It was 7°F outside. I ran out of gas and went into a snowy ditch. My friend picked me up, and I went inside Casey's to ask for a tow truck recommendation. Tiffany was super helpful! She gave me info for a great tow company. Then, she made me feel super welcome to come in and stay warm. She showed genuine concern and did her absolute best to make a terrible day so much better. I don't mind saying that hot coffee tasted like heaven after freezing my butt off waiting in my car. Obviously, I had my car towed there and filled up. I'm adding this to my preferred list of places to stop for snacks and gas in Alexandria because they're just good people.

I have a Dr Appt every Thurs in Alexandria at 11. And i go to work at Noon in Anderson. I love Casey's Sausage pzza so I stop by Casey's every Thursday around 11:30. For the last 3 months, every time I get here they have been out of sausage pizza! I ask them to make one & they normally do, but they always make me late for work!I've told them I come I'm every Thursday and I asked them if they would please try to have it ready when I get here so I don't have to wait, but they never have it ready. But there will be 2 of 3 pizzas with eggs on them. GROSS!THEY NEED TO KEEP PIZZAA IN THE WARMER IF THEY CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!

Their pizza is probably one of the best pizzas. Whenever I'm in town I order one. But they are understaffed or the employees working tonight are a little lazy. I had to wait an hour for a pizza. Kinda ridiculous considering when I showed up at the time it was supposed to be done I was told it would be additional 30 minutes. But yet there weren't any pizzas being cooked so I don't understand why I had to wait little over an hour for pizza. Still awesome pizza.
