Took my 2018 Camaro SS on short notice before winter hit, so I could winterize it, and man, I couldn't be happier... absolute solid work, easy communication from the owner, filled me in every step of the way! Would 1000% recommend!

Their work is certainly not the best around. But there prices reflect that. That is not my problem with them.My problem is the owner flipping out on me after bringing him a concern on a job they recently did for me because a freshly painted item is already showing rust. I was showed 0 respect and did not appreciate that attitude towards me in front of my 5 year old.Also his time lines he gives out are way way off and I was ok with that as long as the work was good….Do not recommend.UPDATE. I had some more paint issues show up on my doors. I contacted the owner and I ended up back out there. We negotiated back and forth on a resolution that we could both live with and parted ways. I’ll let whoever reads this come up with their own collusion on wether to use this company or not.Service: Body & Trim

If I could give 0 stars I would these people are very unprofessional and their work quality is definitely not up to par. I wasted almost 8k with these people only to be disappointed and have to take it to picture perfect and spend more money to have everything redone. I would not recommend this place if you care about quality

The only reason I'm giving Flatford Auto Body one star is because they never called me regarding their repair estimate for my 02 Ford pick up. Perhaps their estimate of $300 to $350 there wasn't enough money to make it worth their time. I'll never know.
