This store is a joke they stole my TV and sold it offered to give me another TV that's been in the shop for over 4 months thanks but no thanks regional and district managers do not call you back I've been waiting over a year now took my payment applied it to someone else's account and have the nerve to tell me they need another payment or they gonna come get my stuff will be filing with the BBB Monday morning coercion threatening manners theft and more only person that seems to know what's going on is Laura but they treat her like dirt Aaron's of Anderson Indiana worse place to do business with
I've been trying for a year to have regional or district managers to call me I've been told someone will reach out to 24-48 hours it's been a year this has been ongoing for a year call corporate office and believe me that's a bigger joke than the store when will someone call me about this ongoing issue stay tuned

Very poor service. After my husband bought a lawnmower, and paid it off. Looking for a recliner and they basically did not want to help . Also made a very rude comment. So we went to rent a center they helped us find exactly what we was look for. I do not recommend aaron's rental.

If you want to rent a tv you can wait a whole week to have it delivered even though you live two blocks away but oh they don’t let you drive with the tv

We were going to lease a couch from this Aaron’s in Anderson Indiana, however we decided to go another route. My husband called them four times to verify that they removed his order so he’s not charged. They told him over and over again that his account was closed. This morning we woke up with a charge from them for almost $150. This place is extremely unprofessional and I will steer anyone interested in leasing from them to another option.

We went in today for the washer&dryer my Momma ordered online from them. We picked them up because it would've been a week before they could deliver it, being the holidays are right around the corner. Nice clean store, friendly service people had us loaded in no time. I straightened their garland out for em around the counter lol look like they just pulled it out the box and hung it. Bless their hearts ??? No harm no foul. Happy Holidays Aaron's! ?️?.
