I brought my computer in to have it upgraded to Windows 10 or 11 and it was a bit tough to get the job done. Very professional person. Got back with me within minutes of sending an email. He could have easily taken advantage of me since I do not know a lot about computer repair, but he told me a cheap and easy solution I could do on my own.
