2601 Morning Star Lane, Anderson IN 46011
“When I moved here a year ago I had nowhere to turn to, I came here and heather worked her magic and got me and my kids in quickly. I love that my daughter is safe in the Community, gate closes at night and it’s quiet. When I need maintenance on anything it’s pretty quickly addressed. Swimming this year was a success, love the pool monitors great people. Overall this year for us has been pleasantly nice. -Vanessa simmons.”

“I have lived at Scatterfield Villas for 7 years now. I have seen a lot over the years, but have never felt as content living here as I have felt since Crystal became our property manager. Crystal is no nonsense, but above all she is genuinely KIND. She is patient and understanding. She sees her tenants as people, not dollar signs. She is easy to reach and she actually cares about whatever it is that you might be experiencing. She will go above and beyond to fix whatever problem you might be having in your apartment, and it has been clear from the beginning that it is very important to her that EVERY member of the Scatterfield community feels safe and respected. Crystal has worked hard to make Scatterfield a better community for it’a members, and she fights just as hard to keep it from slipping back into the mess it was becoming when she first arrived. Crystal is one of the biggest reasons why we have decided to stay at Scatterfield. It’s hard to imagine finding another apartment complex with a property manager that cares as much as Crystal.”
