“My husband & I moved in to a 2-bed townhome here right when we first got married, and we lived here for about 2.5 years. If we had continued living in Anderson, we would have loved to continue living here but needed to move for work. We honestly only have great things to say about Four Winds! It was the perfect place for us to start our married lives together, and we have such sweet memories here. It made it very hard to leave! The community is quiet, safe, & family friendly, and the management was always helpful & professional. Whenever we had a maintenance request, it was fulfilled promptly. The apartment was also very clean when we moved in; both the apartment & the rest of the property seemed well maintained. You can tell the management loves taking good care of this community, and they plan fun community events for the residents & children. Our rent was also very reasonable & wasn’t raised too much from year to year, which was great! If you are looking for a a home to rent in Anderson, I really do not think there is a better option available than Four Winds. I highly recommend it!”

Crystal is no nonsense, but above all she is genuinely KIND. She is patient and understanding. She sees her tenants as people, not dollar signs. Crystal has worked hard to make Scatterfield a better community for it’a members, and she fights just as hard to keep it from slipping back into the mess it was becoming when she first arrived. Crystal is one of the biggest reasons why we have decided to stay at Scatterfield. It’s hard to imagine finding another apartment complex with a property manager that cares as much as Crystal.”
