“Weston's had been recommended to me by a friend, she has a Speed Queen prior to 2017, so that's what I planned on buying. Ron explained to me the problems with Speed Queen and their warranty service, and that they don't even put them in their showroom any longer. They do not want to sell something with problems. He directed me to a GE that has an agitator and 5 year manufacturer warranty. That's what I got. I went on a Wednesday, Jason delivered Friday morning. He did an excellent job of setting up and explaining things. I appreciate the patience and time they both took with me.”

“Took my Riccar upright in for service. I suspected a clog I couldn't get to. It also needed filters replaced. It was clogged & a broken wire was discovered during service. He showed me how to get to the clogs if it happens again so I can fix it myself. I highly recommend T & H.”
