I'm not sure how to pronounce it, but I'm glad I did because it was a great price, but more importantly the paint job was fantastic. He did some touch up work that was awesome too! “This place is amazing. Fair prices, quick turn around--what more could you ask for! The beat part is that they still do rust work. A lot of body shops will prompt you to replace whatever part is rusting (the door or hood or whatever). Bill will fix the rust.
Yes, I opted to get a new hood since I just had Bill repair my bubbling rust 3 years ago.

They were so helpful in making sure I wasn't jacked around by the other guy's insurance company. I appreciated them a lot. Sent my mom there just this last week since she was hit and wanted an estimate. The guy was super thorough in checking out her car, finding things the accident had broken that we couldn't even see. “I really liked the 2 employees I dealt with, one over the phone 1st then when I got to the store a couple minutes later her as well as a gentleman. I was looking for a part for my friends' car & found it, had to order it but it was going to only take a day to get there, so I paid for it - it arrived Mon Jan 1st, but they sent the wrong part! My friend just got the cash back, oh well.. so it wasn't that locations' employees' fault...those two AutoZone employees have been the nicest AutoZone employees I've ever encountered!”

“I've been using these guys for many years when we don't have the time to wait for parts bought online, Alexandria branch has some knowledgeable staff that are very helpful and if they don't have the part you need that day they can have it delivered to their store sometimes that afternoon if you show up in the morning most of the time the very next day. Stores always clean and well staffed.
Other than the high price of the convenience of getting your pay that day i can't think of any negative experiences here.”
“Ryan, Tina, and Jerry were great. The techs who repaired the front end due to hitting some sort of animal while driving down the street. The have a site where they send you a custom link that shows the progress on your vehicle. I received my vehicle back 3 days earlier than expected which was great. Ultimately, it was a great experience, and I would recommend them to anyone who has experienced body damage to their vehicle.”

“No other customers were there so it was good service,however though they don't offer much h in the way of tools (mainly wrenches) I had to go to Lowe's just to buy a 10mm wrench. Also if you're not looking close you'll go right past it like I did,its hid from view because the tire.place next to it sits out closer to the road and blocks it..”
