“There is so many things I can say about Jossy and his workers. At first before I came to Jossy shop I didn't have a reliable mechanic just side mechanics with no shops and I hated it something was always going wrong. One thing after the next. Even though I knew better I still tried to have faith in them. Sometimes you have to bump your head a few times to learn from it lol. Anyway I have been with Jossy shop since about the time they have opened. They have never disappointed me. Get me in quick and out. Plus one that I definitely like about them is being a woman they don't take advantage of that like some shops will. They have always been straight forward. Even when I had to got another engine for my car Jossy helped me even though he wasn't doing the work and made sure that the other place was doing there so I wouldn't run into problems in the future. Also he has made me stronger to be able to communicate and what questions to ask. Now I teach my woman friends. There is so many things that they have helped me with or just been there for me. I have been to the shop even if I didn't need work done that's how comfortable I am with them. I can honestly say they are like family to me. I recommend them highly. Great work! Great people!”

“Last week was my first time buying a car for myself alone and this dealership made it a far better experience than I was expecting! I had a very specific list I was on the lookout for and went for a used Pontiac Vibe they had. Saleswoman Lou Cheek was extremely kind, responsive, and totally honored the fact that I was focused in my shopping. No runarounds to look at other cars I already knew weren’t right for me. Though it was obvious I was new to this, she and the sales manager did not take advantage of that in the slightest and were incredibly fair in negotiations. None of the pressuring or slight of hand with add-on’s that dealerships can be notorious for - me saying no once was honored on the spot! Thank you Lou Cheek and staff for meeting me where I’m at, treating me with respect and understanding, and making it a great experience!”

“This place is amazing. Fair prices, quick turn around--what more could you ask for! The beat part is that they still do rust work. A lot of body shops will prompt you to replace whatever part is rusting (the door or hood or whatever). Bill will fix the rust.

“We have an older (2004) Lincoln Aviator that is quirky in regards to electrical issues. The most recent issue was the turn signals. We took it to another garage, and they referred us to Wright Electric. Even though he was backed up, he told us to drop it off and he would get to it, and he did. Fair price and reliable, knowledgeable service. Thank you!”

“We took our 2004 Lincoln Aviator in last week for new All-Weather tires, rear sway bar links, front upper ball joints, and rear brake pads and rotors. They communicated clearly, the work was done in a timely manner, and everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful. The best thing is that we had our mechanic neighbor check out the work, and he told us that all parts were replaced as billed, and that the labor costs charged were fair. It's good to know that there are still honest shops out there. Thank you!”
